The original sales man messed up my financing and order & 2 hours later it was resolved thanks to another worker a young lady who stayed with me to help me finish my purchase because the young man had messed up my information on my finance application otherwise would have been 5 stars

Not as good as my MacBook Pro 2021 yr. The Air product are ok but screen quality not as good , thinner screen nice but gota be careful not to bend or press on it

Finally got a keyboard and mouse for this Laptop. Hated the original purchase of this Mac book laptop! I was a Windows person, my son decided I would like this..... I have tried to give this thing away... Glad I got the keyboard and mouse. I tried to give it away. NoBody wanted it. Now I get an invoice for $488.00. I don't even know why or how... I have checked my Disc and V. cards. I don't even see where they charged me. Now Best Buy changed to a 15 day return. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY....RUN, SAVE YOURSELF.

ordered a black laptop, it came silver, returned it, and the cord that came with it, didn't work after a week

I have no problem with the product, after all it's an Apple computer . . . the quality speaks for itself. My rating is based on poor customer service and that the way I asked to pay for the purchase was changed to a different method which kept me from earning my Reward Points. After several days of phone calls and in person visits with being told misinformation, the issue cannnot be resolved nor the Reward Points earned. Should have just purchased on line and skipped the in store hassle.

The seal was broken on the computer box when I received it

purchased Mac Book for power point. It was not compatible with Microsoft PP presentations already crated. Went back to the Apple store and Best Buy for assistance. Had to return the MacBook.

Purchased as a gift come to find out they just got one. So went to return it today 1/19/26 and BEST BUY says its out of return window. Item was never taken out of the box.

I bought this from Best Buy in Tampa, FL. The battery runs down very quickly and charges very slowly. Even though I also bought 'My Best Buy Plus' and I'm within the return window, they still refuse to help me because I'm out of the country. There doesn't even seem to be a way to file a complaint, so the customer service and support is useless. I now basically have a paperweight. Thanks Best Buy, I'll never buy from you again!
