ordered a black laptop, it came silver, returned it, and the cord that came with it, didn't work after a week

unsure at this point. questionable performance. glitches a lot.

purchased Mac Book for power point. It was not compatible with Microsoft PP presentations already crated. Went back to the Apple store and Best Buy for assistance. Had to return the MacBook.

This was purchased off if my stolen debit card number. Who ever was working that day when the person picked it up didnt do their job.

I would just go to Apple. They are very useless here. At least Apple will help you and go over things.

As a teacher, my MacBook has been a game changer. It’s fast, reliable, and the battery lasts for DAYS. It has made many aspects of planning and organizing much easier. Plus, it’s lightweight enough to carry around without a hassle. Couldn’t imagine teaching without it!

My order is two weeks late as of today. I got my first bill but no product yet very disappointed as this ruined my daughter's graduation gift i was told it would be here on time that was a lie.

much to tedious to operate for me. extra key operations to accomplish simple effects. there was no bridge offered for me to connect my windows spreadsheet to the mac spreadsheets.

Was excited about the Mac book until I started to use it. One has to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. Return it and got a HP Omni book. Thumbs up on it.

I’ve been wanting a new laptop to start writing again. The problem is I work on a computer all day long, and wanted a non-Windows laptop. Every time I think about buying a MacBook Air, I decide to wait for the next model. Well, this is the one. It will last me For years to come. Very powerful, great battery life, and I can flip the switch from work to creativity by going with Apple over Windows.

This is absolutely amazing! You can really find the best prices at Best But without doubt. I've had no issues with this purchases. I am definitely looking to buy something similar for my mom!!!

This is a great laptop. I got this for school after having multiple Windows laptops with hinges that gave out after a year of usage. The build quality is so much better and the screen looks great. Worth the switch and adapting to macOS.

Good computer good for college students and teachers too

Bought this for my college son. Got home an started setting it immediately. The speed is everything. The features are great. Will not wait to buy my daughter too.
