I know I could've gone to an Apple Store, but Best Buy was very easy to do business with and i received the best customer service. Karen was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal. First time purchase an Apple laptop product and wished i would've done so sooner.

Amazing product, has all the new features you need in a new computer. The m4 is far more advanced than any of the previous ones. It brings in a futuristic appeal to the computer world. I would definitely purchase this if you need an upgrade, trade in, or just your first computer.

I had an M2 MacBook Air 15'' in Starlight and loved it, especially the keyboard, with slightly dished keycaps, and the very little of the backlight spilled out from under the keycaps, so the characters stood out clear and sharp, and it just looked classy. The keyboard of my new M4 MacBook Air 15'' in Sky Blue, was a bit disappointing; there's a lot of light spill from under the keycaps, and it's random. All MacBook keycaps fit loosely and rock back and forth, so depending on how each cap happens to be sitting, it either blocks the light or it doesn't. This makes it look very uneven and not as sharp, especially when viewed at an angle. The M2 did this too, but it was minimal.

Great product no complaints. Everything works as it should.

Perfect for my child who is starting college, met all the colleges requirements and recommendations. Should last the entire time at college.

I am a MicroSoft person and it’s going to take sometime to get used to. I like to view things larger, so I wish this laptop came in a 16” monitor. A lot of the bernage is not large enough for me to read.
