1st time using laptop, always had computer, so easy to use love that I can bring it to another room, different keyboard then my computer but got used to it quickly. Best Buy has the best selection and if I have any questions they have the Geek Squad there, highly recommend

I wish I could say this is an awesome machine but it falls flat in too many areas. I paid $1,200 for this machine and I feel cheated almost. While the display is truly amazing, I feel most laptops in this price point achieve the same colors and clarity. The performance leaves so much to be desired, I mean I can barley run basic simulations for some reason. I get that this is not a gaming PC or a workstation but I just can't seem to find anything about it that makes me love it with its flaws. It doesn't do what I need and if you try to perform basic tasks it just falls over itself. For example, I tried downloading Microsoft applications such as excel and word off the app store and they just didn't work. I finally got the applications to work after about the 3rd time unistalling and then reinstalling. Finally, I know this is common knowledge but it can be difficult to run the majority of applications because MacOS is NOT supported. I would run a VM but I not sure if this machine could literally handle it. This is a very niche machine, I would caution those who think they want a MacBook before actually buying one, make sure you do your resaerch and make sure a Mac is going to do what you need it to do or you might find yourself returning it like myself. I will be getting a Windows laptop.

This computer replaced a 15year old desk top. It does everything I need it to do very well. Only complaint is the fingerprint reader only allows access if it hasn’t been sitting idle for a hours or days.

I first stopped at the store on W Bell Road. They didn't have the item in stock and referred me to the store on 1949 E Camelback. Will took good care of me and gave me a couple of hints on its use. Very much appreciated.

My sales persons knowledge of the MacBook Air was very helpful. My only complaint is the docing station I purchased did not meet my needs. I ended up purchasing model that supported the extra monitors and speakers I us daily.

I absolutely love my MacBook. It’s my first, I was intimidated by the learning curve. However, I have other Apple products, phones, iPad, watch so the transition hasn’t been very difficult. I appreciate the ability to continue working on another device without having to start over. I just switch with the click of a button and pick up where I left offf.
