Good overall computer my daughter uses it for college.

I love this product. It look a while to get used to the Mac setup but now that I am, I love it. I will say, I wish they offered touchscreen Macbooks.

Amazing looking Mac, but mines was clunky when logging in and speakers were busted! It was my first Mac and look wise, beautiful, but was heavily disappointed with the defected speakers. Best Buy customer service was very helpful in doing the exchange and even upgraded to the M3! I’m very satisfied with the M3 and would recommend the M3 over the m2. But I love the slick, thin and modern esthetics to this MacAir.

I love this computer so much I use it for school and projects and watching shows however you cannot play games

Perfect screen size for my needs. Knocking off one star because BestBuy sent the wrong charger. Unable to get a replacement because it was an Open Box purchase.

Nice apple product. A bit more of a pain to set it up than I expected - probably because I had to use the touch pad rather than the mouse?

I like the product . Good value for the money. My Mac book pro blew its speakers . It lasted 13 years . I hope this Air does as well .

Classic Apple laptop features and performance, though not quite as light, thin and "airy" as my previous 13 inch.

I don't have anything negative to say about the actual laptop, but this review will be strictly on the City of Industry Best Buy Employees. They were all rude, and made the whole interaction miserable. I wish I could remember their names, but everyone, including the managers, had a really bad attitude. They tried to push the Best Buy credit card on me numerous times, and after having to say no at least 5 times, they seemed almost annoyed that I wouldn't take it. When checking me out, the cashier asked if I wanted the Apple care option with my laptop, and when I said no thank you, he almost laughed at me and said, "good luck". I hated everything about this experience.

Still having some snags setting it up and getting files from old Mac. Need to dedicate more time to solving the challenges.

I returned the 256 GB for a 526 GB SSD I never open my original Mac Book so far it works fine and have a lot to learn the big plus bought on sale.

This is an ok laptop thin and light and it does what it is built for. I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love it either so I returned it…it just didn’t work for me.

Overall a great device. I just wish the battery would hold charge a little longer.

Only bad is different than a windows computer and difficult to connect with android devices

works ok, but coming from a cheap Chromebook, it is definitely slower to boot and get online, and chrome browser isn't even working properly on it (so I had to ditch it and use safari). the only reason I got it is to use with Ableton which works but still crashes every once in a while. there are probably better options out there but apple does a great job at selling their products so here we are.
