I have a notice PC is blocked because of Trojan Spyware

My experience may be an exceptional one. The laptop gets overheated in the back while using even a few apps. Battery does not support as long as stated (may be because of overheating issues).

I cant give a good review because my laptop isnt working properly. Half of the keys doesnt work and im unablw to vist a store to have it fix at the moment. The representative told me i have 2 weeka to return product or else i cant return. I will only be allowed to fixed the laptop. The laptop has a hardware problem and its unfair for me to pay over a 1000 dollars for a defective laptop.

A nice laptop but no touchscreen and no ability to use a pen.

Great Computer but the people that work there don’t know what they’re doing. I had to return it they didn’t even erase it. I’ve tried three times for them to get it back. No response.

I ordered this computer in late March. It still had not arrived by late April. I found a number to call (not on the Best Buy website, it's not there, I had to look on my AmEx bill) and was helped by someone whose first language is not English. This is terrible customer service. I should be able to do this online OR be able to speak with someone I can understand. I will not be using BestBuy.com any more.

My MacBook keeps hanging, since the day I bought. I had called Apple but has been of no help.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not order small items on Best Buy and get them shipped. My item was stolen during shipping and Best Buy refuses to replace or refund me!

Lid does not close all the way on one side. There is a noticeable gap.

The monitor screen was too large and heavy that it would fall from my lap and straight to the ground.

I have an IPhone, IPad, Apple Watch so when I needed a new PC, I thought I would try the Mac. How hard could it be? I should have listened to the geek squad guys (3of them) who told me they hated Mac computers. It is NOT like your phone, pad or watch. It’s complicated and actions don’t make sense. To do one thing on a PC, takes 3-5 actions. You can keep it. I returned it and we bought a new HP. not interested in a learning curve.

Just seemed much slower than my older laptop so i decided to return it and stick with what i have.

Other than my interaction with the Geek Squad, my buying experience at Best Buy in Bismarck was terrible. The sales staff lied to me and when I pointed this out to them they showed no concern at all of making it right.

I have had this computer for less than 30 days and the display turned black. Best Buy will not let me return it because it is past the 15 day return period. It is obviously defective, but they won't bother. Best Buy is going down the tubes. Best to buy somewhere else, I suppose.

Came with scratches on the bottom and next to keyboard

Keyboard is not working after 1 month of usage. Very poor

It came with a defective screen that bestbyy wouldnt do anything about after only 3 weeks. Had to spend 600$ to fix the screen from apple. Lost me as a customer.

I got to say is the MacBook Air 15” is definitely a Game changer ever since upgrading it from my 2020 Intel MacBook Air! There has been many mixed comments about how the Air is “not able” to handle video and photo editing. Well that’s just false information because ever since I bought it through Apple with 24GB Ram and the 256 Base storage, it’s been a wonderful experience and loading speeds have been so phenomenal from a M2 machine that is also mobility and very portable. Unless you ACTUALLY use SD cards then go with the PRO but I don’t really use SD cards or even an extra HDMI for the TV since I use a DisplayPort for my monitor and it was a great price too! MacBook Air always be the affordable and overall powerful laptop for Apple!

Finger print magnet but pretty and functional. Screen size is amazing.

I actually returned this item. Opened it up and found it to be awkward and heavy. Thin yes, still heavy.
