    There is no online manual or information on how to use this computer to connect to the internet as it was sold to me along with other items- so I purchased geek squad full support and they have failed to contact me back so this purchase is useless and I want support or my money back! Still Best Buy doesn’t respond!

    I bought this laptop along with the Bestbuy plus membership and personal Microsoft card bundle. Then the laptop price went down and when I tried to do a price match at the store I had the worst experience, the lady was rude and said it was not the same sku# and couldn’t help.

    The computer is great, however I will never purchase from Best Buy again. The sales person sold us a Best Buy membership saying it was cheaper than AppleCare and if we cancelled after a year the AppleCare would still be valid. Neither of these statements were true.

    Computer was missed up, Best Buy would not allow me return after 20 days because there return policy is 15days. They said I should allow geek squad to fix newly purchased Mac book. What a awful experience. Speakers were messed up on the computer.

    I gave this a poor rating simply because I could not adapt to it. I'm use to just a regular laptop. This product overwhelmed me and had my anxiety through the roof. The product I am sure is great if you are use to MacBooks.
