    Product is as expected, wonderful device. This new Upgrade+ program through Best Buy and Citizen is an awful program that they need to sort out before advertising it so much. You can buy something but getting approved takes a while and then if you select in store pickup in 1 hour they are lying. The process can take up to 4 days and they can’t give a straight answer on when or why. The process takes 4-7 business days to undo so it’s a whirlwind of a useless program. They at least need to remove the pick up in 1-hour part or point out the process is not good for somebody who needs a device in the near future.
