    I got an "open box-excellent" and while the physical appearance was perfectly fine, the computer often runs very slowly and buffers all the time. It didn't become a huge problem until after the return window ended, so I have kept it, but I'm very disappointed with the quality considering it was supposed to be in "excellent" condition and I paid so much for it.

    The package was damaged and when I opened it there is a part of the screen that is broken. I didn’t return it because I didn’t get best buy insurance so I didn’t bother to return for an exchange

    A nightmare. Lots of software issues. Poor support from Apple. Disappointed that Best Buy only allows customers 14 days to return Mac computers. That is pathetic.
