    My first Mac Book…still getting used to it. Love the display and compatibility with my iPad and iPhone. Touch pad is a little awkward.

    frustrating if one is accustomed to windows. does not seem to be as customizable, i.e desktop, drag and drop, etc. learning process. Casting was annoying to initiate. Just a new, diff experience win vs mac.

    great product however taking stars off not for product but because best buy screwed up the order once by cancelling it then another time by saying it would be shipped the next day and then not having the shipment arrive until many days later - horrible experience and just lied to that I couldn't switch it to in store pickup
