    frustrating if one is accustomed to windows. does not seem to be as customizable, i.e desktop, drag and drop, etc. learning process. Casting was annoying to initiate. Just a new, diff experience win vs mac.

    great product however taking stars off not for product but because best buy screwed up the order once by cancelling it then another time by saying it would be shipped the next day and then not having the shipment arrive until many days later - horrible experience and just lied to that I couldn't switch it to in store pickup

    Laptop is great but Worst customer support I found this item cheap on amazon and try to contact customer support for price match so one of the customers service representative processed my refund and she gave me Fund reference id as well but after 20 days not receiving my refund so i have contacted customer service again and they said that they don’t find any refund on my account also i gave them reference id which i got it last time but still they are not able to find anything with reference id as well ao that means first time customer service representative gave me fake reference id and now its more than 15 days so they are not giving me my refund as well
