I recently purchased the Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch (M4 chip, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Space Black) from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The performance is incredible — super smooth, fast, and perfect for both work and creativity. The M4 chip really takes things to the next level, and the design looks stunning in Space Black. I also got a great deal at Best Buy, and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the purchase process. They made sure I got exactly what I needed and answered all my questions patiently. Battery life, display quality, and speed — everything about this MacBook Pro feels premium and powerful. Overall, a fantastic experience both with the product and Best Buy’s customer service. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing device, and a huge upgrade from my i5. Best price at Best Buy and interaction was quick and easy. MacBooks last me 10+ years each and I’m looking forward to having this one for a long time as well.

Built for smoothest experience, handles everything you throw at it, I was using 3 safari tab groups with lot of tabs open in each, while playing YouTube in PiP, never heard the fan spin. Best speakers, bright and crisp display!

Huge improvement from my 2020 model. Processing speed is a huge step up. Perfect condition with excellent battery health. Would definitely trust again with open box items.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The MacBook Pro is a fantastic laptop that can do pretty much anything you need it to do. The M4 MacBook Pro is the laptop to go for in my opinion.

Its a mac, and pro at that, need I say anything more. But given M5 chips here and soon M6, get this only if the price is very low compared to M5/M6, otherwise go with the newer models. Only complaint I have is with the customer service of apple. One random day I saw a dot on the back of the laptop, no idea if the laptop came with that or I did it or it just happened, but nonetheless asking 750$ for fixing it is a crime. I bought the laptop for 1499$. Anyways, this is a physical appearance, no complaints with the UI and the performance, I have a feeling that this laptop will last at least 10 years(DON'T LET APPLE KNOW THIS!).

I bought one for myself in February 2025 and then bought another one for my granddaughter to go to college..she LOVES it! MacBook Pros are definitely worth the cost and Best Buy definitely has the BEST BUY with 18 months to pay for it!!

I bought this since old laptop stopped working and needed a high performance one for school work. This works great and have not had any delays despite having multiple taps and programs running at the same time. I switched from a dell and switching over was easy. currently loving it as a I have an iphone and it just makes everything smoother!

It’s a great computer! Its fast, it’s compact so its easy to store but its stronger then you think! Its been swung around in my bag and it doesnt have a single scratch!

I bought it for my son to edit photos. He loves the pencil, the size of the screen and fast it runs. He really likes all the options and countless things you can do on it compared to a chromebook and even his MacBook iPad.

I enjoy using this Mac. The store representatives know their product well and provide a lot of information about it. They helped me to choose the right Mac. As always, MacBook has been my first choice in terms of computer.

So far I love it, I am just a little frustrated that they changed the charger again. But overall it is sleek, performing the tasks I need at the rate that I need them. Very pleased!

I am truly amazed by and impressed at how much my new MacBook Pro has progressed since purchasing my first version 9 years ago! I love the finger touch recognition, the swipe screen and touch pad, variety of apps,, ease of use, the color and clarity, and the amazing array of functions. I used it for the first time today, so I am sure to be even more surprised by discovering the many new features as time goes on. I’ve also added the ‘Tips’ app which contains many helpful hints and ways to use this progressive computer, and at Best Buy, I was able to snatch it at an excellent sale price. I would highly recommend the MacBook Pro. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Leominster Best Buy staff, whose knowledge, patience, clarity and service was exemplary. Kudos go to the store, staff, and products!
