I am absolutely appalled by the way Best Buy handled my recent order. I had a $1,500 MacBook Pro on hold due to a medical issue and a family emergency. Despite confirming with customer support that they would extend the hold, the store handed my laptop to someone else—without checking any ID or verifying their identity. All that person needed was the order number. This isn’t just careless—it’s dangerous. Anyone could walk in, say an order number and walk out with your expensive electronics. To make matters worse, I’ve had no follow-up, no accountability, and no resolution. Best Buy stores in both Princeton and Fairness Hill deflected responsibility. One team member even suggested that my account may have been hacked—a serious potential data breach that puts all customers’ personal information at risk. I can’t understand how they can be so casual about this and still offer no real solution. If you're thinking about picking up an order in-store, think twice. Your items may not be secure, and if they go missing, you’re on your own. I’ve lost $1,500 because of this negligence. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Until Best Buy changes how they verify pickups, I strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

I purchased these earbuds to replace my previous pair from Jabra. Overall, the sound quality is superior; however, I find the operational features, such as noise cancellation controls, to be less effective in comparison.
