I stop to purchase a MacBook Pro, just in time as the newest version was being offered. I was really lucky to preorder and pick it up at the end of the week.

Returned immediately because I bought it expressly asking for Nano texture screen, which salesperson assured me I’d get. Upon departure realized that wasn’t mentioned on sales receipt, returned to store and he told me that it would appear on my email receipt. Left again checked email and it didn’t appear. Went back, the guy told me, lady I gave you the best screen it comes with the nano texture screen isn’t available on that model. Now I’d ask him four times to be sure that the nano texture screen was ordered. He started wagging his head and calling a manager over saying this lady think you can get a nano screen on the MacBook Pro and I told her it’s not available. the men were all scoffing and I canceled the order and will never go back to Best Buy. I went to the Apple store where I just seen a nano screen on a MacBook Pro, ordered the MacBook Pro with the nano screen there and left.

Awesome product, who can say no to MacBook. The cooling system in the pro is excellent.

I gave it 4 stars because it was having some lagging issues in the beginning trying to see if it continues and I will then change the review. also the Best Buy needs to remove this person Arsh the so called manager. when I went to pick up my item he gave me such a difficult time even with the proof of receipt and ID I gave. He was disgustingly disrespectful. Not how you speak to a customer!
