I purchased these earbuds to replace my previous pair from Jabra. Overall, the sound quality is superior; however, I find the operational features, such as noise cancellation controls, to be less effective in comparison.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Questionable Product Quality I recently purchased a Mackbook Pro M4 $1500+ computer from Best Buy and have had nothing but frustration since. First, the initial unit I received, supposedly brand new, had blemishes and odd marks on it, making it look like a used or refurbished device. When I showed it to the employee, he was shocked and apologized so much as he felt terrible. I had to return it within a week and exchange it for another one, all within the 15-day return window. Shortly after, the price dropped significantly From $1500 to $1299. . Unfortunately, I was unable to go back to the store immediately due to a scheduled surgery and recovery period. Once I was able to reach out, I was met with complete dismissal and no willingness to honor the price match, despite the circumstances and the fact that I acted well within the original purchase timeframe. They also failed to follow through on a promised price adjustment during the exchange, which adds to the growing list of disappointments. Between the questionable quality of the original product and the poor customer support I experienced, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. I will not be doing business with Best Buy again. I knew I should have done business with Amazon. They always make it right and not worried about selling you add on to get a 50 dollars of or a price match. Best buy know they are doing this trickery and it did catch up with them. Best Buy, you lost me and my family for life.

I recently purchased an item listed as open box in excellent condition, but unfortunately, the packaging was not secure. As a result, the contents were loose, and the laptop was still operational upon arrival, indicating it had not been properly shut down before shipping.

Great computer, terrible customer service on BestBuys part. Got the run around and misleading price match information by BestBuys outsourced customer service despite being approved for a price match which never came through after many many wasted hours. Workhorse computer, just make sure to get it from a competitor with actual customer service

Design didn’t change much over the years. I was expecting more for the price. But very reliable laptop

Nice functionality with other Apple devices but alot to learn from windows and hard to connect another monitor.

This arrived damaged (small chip in the screen). I tried to return it but they refused to take it back even though I was within the return period and had the receipt. I cut up my Best Buy credit card, I am done with this garbage company!

Best macbook for daily use. But has performance issues when using multiple Applications that take high CPU

The guy in the store gave me the wrong color and sold it to me without taking it out of the brown shipping box. I guess I should’ve checked myself but I was a ready buyer and what I asked for wasn’t too complex. Great computer though.
