    Screen cracked for no reason

    This was my first Mac in a very long time and I am regretting giving Apple a chance again. I've had minor issues since day one with this thing but today my frustration has boiled over. I do not carry this laptop anywhere, it sits in a dock on my desk and today out of the blue while sitting there untouched the screen cracked. Upon doing some research it sounds like this is a known issue and Apple is not addressing it and refusing to assist customers. Buyer beware.

    Good product but I bought this MacBook with a Microsoft office subscription I got a problem with the code for redeem. Best Buy neither Microsoft any of them was able to help me with this problem and I payed for Microsoft 365 and never be was able to use it and now the subscription has expired. They are big company’s but don’t are able to satisfied the customer with something simple like provided you a new code for redeem for something that you payed

    Its a great computer but is too locked down for being able to use accessories other than Apple. You can try them but they are very cumbersome and don’t perform well. It will do a good job but up your budget if you need anything to go with it like a mouse.

    DO NOT BUY! Dead and BRICKED in 2 years! These new Apple products are complete trash and Best Buy did nothing to stand by their loyal customers. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this computer or Best Buy. Buy your products from another reputable vendor and do not use this awful place!

    The frame rate drops a lot of time even when doing simple tasks and the laptop heats up very quickly.

    Bought excellent open box, $ 1822.00 was sent a box with no packing inside, crumbs and some sticky liquid on the unit and no cables in box. Was told they could not do anything but return the unit. Returned and went to Apple store.

    I bought it in a rush but returned it when I realized that Apple was going to release a 15 inch. Smart move!!!

    Best Buy Online Customer Care Agent scam

    **Note review is not about Mac Book Pro, Its about the BB CCA (Customer Care Agent ) ********* I recently brought MacBook Pro after chatting with Best Buy Customer Support and the agent assured that if I am the first time buyer I will be receiving the 10% rewards certificate irrespective of using any CC.. and incase if there is any delay BB CCA will be able to help me out. After 10 days also when I did not receive the rewards and chatted with another BB CCA, the response was shocking. I was shared a link which says only BB card holder is eligible and they cannot help me. Also they keep asking about the case id# for the previous chat. How do I know that I need a case id for any chat I do with BB CCA. If that is the case then CCA should always provide the case id # at the begining of the chat. I feel cheated by the CCA and i never expected such a support from any BB CCA

    Keeps shutting down and restarting. I’ve barely had this laptop for 3 months. I’ve had multiple Mac books and none of them did this. I’ll be in the middle of something and boom it shuts down and restarts out of nowhere. This thing is way too expensive to be doing this. Thank goodness I purchased Apple care.

    I have bought many things from Best Buy. I always bought the extra warranty, but I have never had to use it until now. I got a laptop, and they lied about the warranty. Why would you give me an extra extended warranty that only covers me until the end of the original warranty? That's not extra. never again will I step into a Best Buy again

    I would have given this five stars but the volume quit working after a few weeks I took it back tried to get another one and they didn't have any available so I missed out on the sale that I had originally bought the item with.

    It is no longer accessible. I bought it a month ago as my Surface had been compromised and I have identity issues. I was told the Mac was impenetrable. It was hacked.

    Very, very overpriced and I originally got it for work but it was not compatible with the applications I needed to run
