Very bad laptop. Screen goes off suddenly in the middle of work and doesn’t go back on. Connectivity issue. Best Buy won’t accept to fix it

I traded in my old laptop to buy this one. My laptop got lost in the mail, and here I am 2 months later, calling Best Buy EVERY DAY and still NO ONE will give me my money back. I used to buy everything from Best Buy, but this experience has been terrible, and now I will no longer be shopping here ever again. BUYER BEWARE

Oops Macs don’t have touch screen or Face ID unlike iPad Pro - so I returned this unit before even finishing the activation

Apple needs to work on their innovation. But I’m glad they brought the ports back.

Very bad, as I didn’t even receive this product and when I call the customer service they tell me it is getting late due to the availability of stock and it’s been more than a month.

I was a first time Mac buyer. I returned it after a week of zero support from Apple and zero support from Best Buy. Terrible product, and non-existent service from Apple/Best Buy.

Multiple issues. Lots of downtime for my daughter (high school). They will only TRY to fix it and never replace it. (Apple Store). BAD product!!

Started malfunctioning after only a year of usage.

Does not work see personal email. Accounting would not take personal check to let tech reinstall software Macbook Pro.

My previous MacBook was ancient in computer years. This one is sleeker, faster, and the monitor has a better picture. Delivery was fast and on time. Don’t forget to shop price and get a price match.

MacBook Pro 14" M2 is by far the most powerful Macbook ever used by me and it works like a charm, the speed and the technology is truly commendable. Apple really did put in their level best while designing and improving their benchmark flagship model from M1 chip and conveyed an inspiring journey towards speed, reliability and most important of all consolidating it by housing it in this laptop.

This laptop is a really good option for agile project work as it is fast and has good battery life.

Great speed and sleek design. I miss the older design but the quality of the outer shell is impressive.

Had this computer for about a month now and everything is amazing so far! Absolutely no issues with performance even while running two music production programs and several other tasks simultaneously. The only thing you need to worry about when considering this purchase is how much storage you need and what size screen you prefer.

Still have my MacBook Pro from 2008. So I know a thing about durability. Was was ready to upgrade and this was the best of both worlds. Storage, RAM, and along with M2. You can't go wrong with price. Found a better price but this model is underrated. Enjoy
