Not very happy, I just bought this Mac under the impression I could buy protection later before 30 days. They could not let me buy protection for some reason or other, but they did try. I am furious because these devices are so expensive in the first place even older models. so I am paying 1000 dollars through progressive and I can't seem to insure my Mac.

So far I’m in love with it. The color is amazing. The only problem would be the charge gets very hot

I understand that refurbished is not buying a new laptop, but I expected more. I bought this laptop really excited to have a macbook finally, and then I open the package and was greeted with this. Beware! Also, there is still dust inside crevices and I almost suspect that this was rushed or not really given the attention that it needed. I am hoping that I am wrong and Best Buy certified knows what they are doing.

I am blown away with the condition of this MacBook Pro! It is like a brand new out of the box computer. The only complaint I would have is the quality of the charger it comes with. But with the huge amount of money I saved I was able to get a better charger.

Really high quality machine. Is expected from Apple. Runs really smooth and the audio is top notch which verifies some reviews about MacBook Pros. Runs a bit hot so make sure you let it breathe. Screen is sharp and well lit. It's "Certified refurbished" but seems almost like new.

It's good value for the price. It's adequate. I only had it for 6 weeks and the shift button is already stiff and sticky. Beware if you are trying to purchase Applecare+. Apple does not consider this laptop to be an "Apple Certified Refurbished" device. *Quite poor, but average to fair battery life. I'm really excited about my new computer! It's an Apple, and this is my very first one. The design is sleek and modern, and the performance is outstanding. I love how smooth everything runs, from browsing the internet to editing photos. It's truly a great addition to my tech collection!

Great computer with low battery cycle count. Keyboard and screen near perfect condition. Exterior pretty scratched and nicked up. Functions fine overall.

I was skeptical at first as it is a refurbished item. I am glad I took the chance as it is working well. Like it so much, that I am going to try and get another one to replace my MacAir 13 that is about 10 years old.

I recently saw this model refurbished from Best Buy for a really good price. Since i am a total tech member i purchased it wirhout any worries because i know Best Buy takes care of their total tech members if the item came delivered and it was damaged or did not work right. The Macbook pro is just as good as buying a brand new one.

Not as good as I expected. Gets hot after using a while. Battery life not good but as well as expected for used item. But all all it’s handles what I need to do only need more battery life would be good

The laptop is beautiful! The cord I received with it was not an Apple cord, and it broke within 24 hours. I took it to the closest store and they exchanged it with an aftermarket charger. Hopefully this one doesn’t break. Brandon told me if there were issues to see him.
