Came with everything it was supposed to, but the battery was dead. Dead dead. I tried charging it with the adapter and my iPad. I left it on the charger (adapter and a new charger that came with my iPad which I bought a couple days earlier) for 8 hours, nothing. Return was easy. Honestly if you’re gonna buy the excellent refurbished version, just buy it new from apple. Apple came on time (this one took 3 extra days and was very indecisive about the delivery date) and is perfect.

Nice product, but it does not hold a charge to well

It was an open box, but it doesn't work at all. Technicians didn't check it before putting it on sale on the shelves.

Not the best apple pen out there... since the i phones and I pads have upgraded their charging devices, this pen has become extremely outdated. I had to go out and buy an old iphone charger just so i can charge this pen... for $100 and it being outdated... i think it was a rip off.. spend a little more and get the newer thing.. it'll be worth it. Other than that it works fine, and batter life is average. usually have to charge it every two-three days which isn't terrible... only if charging it wasn't so inconvenient.

I’m sure it worked fine. I disliked having to use a cord and adapter to charge with my new iPad 10th generation. Not sure why they used the generation one pencil with this expensive iPad. Returning ipad 10 for iPad Air.

It’s a great pencil when it connects to the iPad. But it is fragile and can break easily.

It is still the best pencil for the iPad that doesn’t support AP2.

The Apple pen It’s good, but expensive. Not easy to use.
