Driver left the item at wrong building never called me to have me sign. So i wouldn't know how this pencil works . Best buy never sent me a replacement treated me poorly

I have only bought this pencil for two months and it is no longer useful. The worst thing of all is that the period to return it has already ended.

These infamously will not charge if batttery is depleated all the way to 0%. Mine came out of the box this way, which is the third time in about as many years as this has happened to me.

I can not for the life of me to get this pencil to work. I have tried every “trick” they offer to get it connected. I have 19283732 checked to make sure it was the right pencil and compatible but it still will not work.

Didn’t work it is not nice product to be used it is damanged

Charging is a pain. The pieces are too small. The pen doesn’t charge on the iPad.

It is horrible. This pencil did not work with my ipad and you made me buy another newer version after it was recommended by your staff.

This product would have been good if the iPad it arrived with worked and then if best buy ever sent me a replacement except they didn't!!

Tried to use it but was far to restrictive on what it can do Apple needs to go back to the drawing board on this one so it will work with most popular apps

Apple Pencil USB C would not connect to my iPad even after I charged it. Returned and traded it in for a 2nd gen Apple Pencil

Did not work. Wasted my time and gas to commute and purchase at various locations of Best Buy. It was a gift and did not have the time to buy online from anywhere else.

Wrong pen for iPad 10th generation after the associate informed it was only to return it because it was not

Did not work with the iPad Air 5, as I was told by staff that it would.

Was assured by the salesman that this was what i needed. Should have stuck with what I knew. Was not what i needed. Had to back to store to get correct pencil.

I didn't get the pen after waiting more than two months! Irresponsible, Ridiculous excuses!
