It is perfect for this purpose. It is enough to change it after 3-4 days. It is a high quality product. The only function I miss is a button for switching from drawing to erase,

A builders must have

I can easily mark up my plans in the field vs taking notes back to the office and marking up on the physical prints. Taking notes, markups, editing photos, etc are done with ease. The case I bought has a holder for this pencil as well.
