Excellent quality, feels good in my hand, responsive on the iPad

After purchasing a new IPad and reading reviews of the Apple Pencil (First Generation), I decided to take the leap and buy the Apple Pencil. While I am still learning other uses for the Apple Pencil, I am very satisfied with the way it feels in my hand as I use it. The connection from tip to screen is great and there is no “lag time.” Initially, I had no screen protector, but I do now and am still satisfied with the connection. I do not have to press any harder for the tip and screen to communicate, so to speak. As others have stated, the charging position is a bit awkward, but because the Apple Pencil charges so quickly, having it in that position is only a minor inconvenience. All in all, I am very satisfied with my Apple Pencil and am very happy I decided to purchase it.

This item was easy to setup and use, I would have enjoyed another color but it’s workable.

Customer Service was amazing! At the geek squad (I’m assuming) the referral was simple and fast and I was shown how to make the purchase via online shipping and tho the item wasn’t in the branch it definitely was online. I’ve been concerned that if I bought the item i’d get the wrong thing (The Type-C adapter Apple Pen Gen 1) It was confusing but when a worker explained to me it made it easier. Thank you Best Buy!

Overall the pencil is great, it functions well, it charges without issue, and it syncs as expected. I wasn’t prepared for how loose the cap covering the lightning connector is, though, so I’ve nearly lost it a couple times. Great product, but it’d be better if the cap clicked in rather than having magnetic attachment. Also, if you have issues with your hands I highly recommend purchasing a silicon grip or silicon case to add some girth to the pencil!!

The pen charges very quickly. I was able to use within 30 minutes of charging it the first time. Now it takes around 15 minutes. Only one bluetooth device can be paired which counts as the pen, so for wireless listening i think it might be annoying but other than that its pretty good. The nib of the pen does unscrew occationally during use which stops it from working, but as an artist who uses it often ive gotten used to it. Plus they supply a new nib as well.

I bought this with school in mind and it’s been a great tool for note taking. The battery life lasts me all day at school and only takes about 15 minuets to charge.

I use it very often but it’s kind of helpful accessories to ease our work. Long lasting battery. Have an extra pen tip. Overall it is a great product.
