Other than me ordering correctly initially, the entire process was horrible. I was sent the wrong item, I was lied to by customer service over the phone about the item being available in a local store and it was not available. The store was “local” as in 30 minutes away.

Charging for this pen is not practical, you can easily lose the lightning protector when you do.

That TWICE Best Buy! Twice that I ordered a product and received a defective item! Twice that did online chats and was told to go to the store to exchange that they had them in stock. And TWICE that I wasted my time driving to the store to find out they don’t have any in stock to exchange and I had to either return for a refund or do the exchange online. Apple Pencil is was defective. The pair prompt wouldn’t come up and Bluetooth couldn’t find. Talk to Apple Support and they confirmed it was defective and to return it. (The other item I referred to as twice was a MacBook that I ordered last year)

I tried many times to use Apple Pay but didn’t work. Very annoying and because of that i could not save more!! Discover card was offering 5% discount if paid through Apple Pay

Brand new pencil died because I didn’t charge it. $100 in the garbage. Went to apple and the genius told me I could buy a new one, nothing else they could do. If it doesn’t have a disclaimer on the box and it isn’t in the instructions that it needs to be charged 24/7 than apple should be accountable for the flaw, the item should be recalled. This needs to be fixed, the pen should be fixable; it’s unacceptable that you have to throw the pen in the garbage because you didn’t charge it. Do better.

Broke within the first month of purchasing. It says it’s connected and nothing is physically broken, it just doesn’t work.

Worked for a couple of weeks and stopped working. I have to go back for a replacement and hopefully I won’t have the same problem.

They totally ruined apart of a Christmas present for me. Still have not received my package or my money back. They even told me to call fed ex to cancel the order that’s placed at their store for items they are still in possession of!

Apple Pencil stopped working after only 3.5 years. Asked for help in Genius Bar appointment. Only option given was to buy a new one. No options for repair or replacement available.

Charging is a pain and pen last 1 day if that needs to constantly charge
