The product works great, but the store service is ridiculous. The pencil wasn't ordered, and when I called to get assistance, no one was able to help me. I go into the store with the flu because of the poor customer service.

Did not pair with my 10th gen iPad. Exchanged for another and had same problem. Googled this common (?) problem. Still trying to make it work.

Did not work. It was returned and they had stopped selling them without telling me this was gonna happen when I bought it

Apple's charging choice for this pencil is questionable and a bit overpriced for a stylus. Also not great durability. Consider the newer versions of Apple Pencil or don't give into the ecosystem and go with a 3rd party.

It works great until it mysteriously untethers itself in the middle of a project I’m working on.

This is a good 1st gen pencil for iPad how ever it’s heavy and round shape makes it easy to roll kinda annoying also it doesn’t self charge like the 2 gen . So I had to get this bc it was compatible with my iPad but I would of spent more if the 2 gen was compatible with my iPad

I am giving it two stars because of the appearance. It never worked with my iPad. I made sure to charge it and it still never worked. Not sure if the salesman talked my husband into buying it. It was a mistake. When I was looking at the instructions it says it only works with specific ones and I don't think it was mine.

My daughter seems to like i and it seems to be working just fine.

Love but wish it came with instructions on how to set it up.

I was hoping to use mine to take notes and this is literally the worst option available for that. Mine works perfectly fine it just sucks because you cant turn off the autocorrect feature which means writing things with correct spelling will get changed to something totally wrong, which some would consider a huge defect for the purpose of writing personal notes. On top of that there are constant issues with switching between the keyboard and the pencil. It usually takes several tries to get the pencil to pick up on the screen and then you have to scribble out whatever the pencil thought you were trying to write to get it to pick up. Every time I've tried to use it I ended up having to use a pen and paper. Also kind of hard to write with when you cant touch your hand to the screen like you can with paper. Ill be taking mine back to the store as soon as I can. Would not recommend for writers at all.

Don't like the way you have to charge it. It’s a pain to have to keep the connecting price

Not very good for the new I-pads, if you need something better get the wireless pen instead

Pencil was defective out of the box. It was my first pencil so it took a minute to realize it was defective vs my ignorance in setting it up. Support was very helpful in troubleshooting and the return for a open box item they had available.
