Better battery life

Amazing Customer Service!

At the geek squad (I’m assuming) the referral was simple and fast and I was shown how to make the purchase via online shipping and tho the item wasn’t in the branch it definitely was online. I’ve been concerned that if I bought the item i’d get the wrong thing (The Type-C adapter Apple Pen Gen 1) It was confusing but when a worker explained to me it made it easier. Thank you Best Buy!

I have to find an excuse to need to use it. Just makes me feel cool, though you’d feel like you’d get more bang for your buck with something like this.

Only purchased a new one because my old one got stolen. Very convenient with my iPad when in meetings with clients and taking down fast notes. Quick charge and long lasting battery.

Works perfectly, pricey

But, as with most Apple products, it just works. That's what you're paying for. This was for my wife, she's happy with it, so I'm happy with it. It does exactly what it's supposed to.

Great... small parts

Just don't like all of the tiny parts (the cap, the charger adapter, and connection adapter) bc they're easy to lose... but not that big of a deal bc battery life is pretty good and so I only need to charge every once in a while.
