This pen is easy to set up. The instructions are very clear. It comes with different adapters to be able to charge it with multiple different charging cables.

The product works well and as it stated. The purchase process was a little difficult as I originally chose to pick the item up in store, but had to have it shipped because they didn’t have it in stock in the store.

I bought the 2nd gen but it didn’t work with the version of iPad I bought my wife. This one is better I think. It’s easier to charge and sync.

I had purchased another type from Amazon, and when I was picking up anther iPad I bought this stylus and gave the other away-works a little bit better.

I can’t rate the Apple pen yet. It’s a gift for my niece and hasn’t been opened yet. I bought it to go with an iPad 10.2, I looked in all the literature and recommendations for the right pen to go with the 10.2 but it was not listed. There are a few choices, some from 3rd party manufacturers, and I read reviews from folks who had problems with pairing. I settled on the Apple pen because it was recommended by the guy at Best Buy who seemed to be very knowledgeable about Apple products, and what works.
