    You all sold me the wrong Apple Pencil now you are giving me the run around to exchange for the correct item. The guy in customer support told me to come in the store. Now you are telling me to call a 1800 number. Meanwhile all your calls are AI. This really is poor service for a longtime customer.

    At first I didn't receive the right product and had to go back to the store to get the right product. Although it took a long time, the workers made sure that I got the product that I paid for.

    As an Apple person I bought it so everything would match and go together but in reality the pen didn’t do anything for me that a stylus wouldn’t. Unless you are into digital creation or using apps like illustrator and word then it’s expensive for the value. Would recommend to someone who needs more capabilities.

    Its an Apple Pencil for the latest iPad Pro M4 series. It does what it is supposed to do and offers effectively nothing new or innovative beyond the only new feature, the hover options.
