I paid for same day delivery. Best Buy “delivered” this item at 11:18 in the evening without ringing or knocking. When I could not find the package in the morning, their agents lied multiple times promising to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement. Then a week later Best Buy emailed me they WOULD NOT REFUND OR REPLACE the item. They are happy to sell you the product, but they don’t care what happens after they have your money. They allow their agents to lie to customers, wasting customer time and delaying bad reviews. If a customer dropped a return off at Best Buy’s curb in the middle of the night, would Best Buy expect the item to still be there in the morning? If the item was taken, would Best Buy eat that cost? I don’t think so, and yet they dropped something on my curb in the middle of the night without ringing the doorbell WHEN I WAS HOME and they expect me to take the liability. They are far overreaching the bounds of fair business practices and miles away from anything resembling good service. Disgusting company.

Bought through Best Buy because of fast shipping, but received the wrong item and the time it took to receive/return and get the correct pencil took longer than just going through a different retailer. I don’t typically buy from Best Buy, and probably won’t in the future, but they did have good customer service and corrected their mistake.

I bought this pencil and it stopped working the day after the return window closed. I cannot get it to even recognize on my ipad. I have tried to reset IPAD, Repair and nothing.

Ordered this along with an iPad and other stuff and was stolen by the people who delivered it. Best Buy did not help me at all and I had to put a dispute with the bank for the $1100 order.

It was a Christmas gift for my daughter so when she returned home from the holidays she was excited to open the pen and use it. We’ve been trying to get it turned on for 2 days and nothing.

Bought this end of May and didn't even last a month before it stopped working. Took it back in and exchanged for a new pen and works fine now.

My hand wasn’t steady enough, no drag on the pen when you write.

The inability to determine if this pencil was compatible with my ipad was ridiculous. Not only was it not compatible, the return date was missed. So I have a paper-weight. Another reason not to buy at crap-buy.

It doesn’t work with all iPads with magnet only certain versions- you never truly own an Apple product they always keep control of it

Best Buy sales guy didn’t have a clue and sold me the wrong one. Even argued with me when I said I don’t believe that’s the right one. Lovely customer service fail.

Did not work did not like this product. It did not work on my daughter’s tablet at all. Want my money back

I bought an apple pencil pro for my daughters ipad 10. I waited less than a month an they wont let me exchange it. No go. Its not capable with her model.

I bought it but didn't fit with my Ipad. So, I returned and bought Pro.

I returned the item to the store unused. Store failed multiple times to return my call regarding an issue. When I retuned the item the clerk said we don’t take calls they go to an outside phone center. I called the number in front of him and stated that the person on the other end, and that person confirmed he was in the Franklin /Brentwood store. I asked for a manager Jeffery to call back several times and my request fell on deaf ears.

No longer is working with my iPad after a few months

The Apple pen i was recommended did not work with my Ipad i bought for my daughter. It was a lot of money and sad to have paid for it even with Best buys geek squad help.

Was great when it worked, then randomly broke and won’t start charging again when connected to iPad. Says it’s connected for a few seconds then disconnects. Very disappointed, usually Apple has high quality products.

Not versatile. Thought it would make things more enjoyable. Just a headache.

Apple Pencil stopped working it connects fine and everything I did all the trouble shooting I can do and it won’t draw at. All
