If you want to earn the right to be able to track your pencil tyen plan on spending 10x the price for a new iPad. Apple is a joke. Im glad my decision to only use reasonably priced 3rd party accessories was validated.

It’s a good Apple Pencil I just think it’s harder to use. Nothing that special about it.

I purchased an open box option, with curbside pickup . So , when the employee gave me the pencil I never once opened the box and to my surprise when I got home it was not inside ! I have tried calling them and they dont pick up at the pacoima location. Now i have to go in person and waste my time and explain that its missing . Im so upset since i needed for work .

I purchase a refurbished iPad Pro Pencil. It is not working, will be returning today

I bought the pencil as an open box and when I tried to use it, it appeared that it was already registered by another user. Best Buy offer it inspected and without a lock, but that's not true. Unfortunately, I don't live in the USA to return it in-store.

Brand new open box Apple Pencil pro. Pen does not work at all.

Doesnt work with 10th generation. So frustrating to find out after purchasing together with the ipad i purposely bought it for.

Return the first one to get another one that still doesn’t connect to my iPad. The employee said it is compatible

Pencil is awesome and works as intended. Store said they didn’t have any open box items so I paid the new price ($99 on sale down from $120). When I picked it up there was obvious signs it was an open box restocked item. Not sure what game Best Buy is playing at so check your boxes. Rating is for Best Buy’s shady practices.

The device connects to supported Ipad but does not charge.

Not comparable with I pad had to return to store 2 times

I ordered this product to be delivered and it was supposed to be here in two days after a week I tried to get my money back with no luck, I was told to call my bank and have them initiate the refund process which I’ve been told with tak even longer. I’m not saying the product is bad but from this one experience I will never order anything from Best Buy again.

I can not review this product as the box was empty. The box was not wrapped in plastic, which should have been a heads up for the Best Buy employee and me. However, I didn’t think much of it but when the box was opened, no pencil.You would think Best Buy would make sure there is a pencil in the box when it is returned. If it wasn't a returned box, then some employee has the pencil.

The tip has disappeared. Can I still return it? I charged it to my Best Buy card.

Had to return not good quality and it was not wirking with my ipad

If you do not have good had writing it has many errors. May work for some one with steady hand.

Purchased Apple Pencil 2nd Generation. It doesn't work.

Just bought the pencil and already have to replace. It is not covered by the Apple Care Plan.
