Apple Pencil

Thanks though for all the in-store guidance and making the purchase so easy and just as easy to return. I am certain it would work wonderfully with a new iPad

The setup was trickier than I thought it would be (a quick YouTube video helped with that). Battery life could be better.

I don’t understand. An Apple Pencil? Is that so complicated to ship? I am very disappointed. Not sure whether this is Best Buy or FedEx that I should be upset about.

Don't bother.

Without pressure sensitivity any knockoff pencil will do the exact same things- and be a lot less annoying when it suddenly stops working on day 2. Returned as defective for a refund.

Wrong item!

Both items were shipped to my son at college. The pencil was not compatible so I purchased the correct one. When my son came back from school he brought the pencil and we tried to return it. It was past their 15 day return policy and will not return it. I get the 15 days but when their website states it is the correct item a and it is not, that is when I have a problem
