I previously owned the one that charges magnetically, and i prefer that one which is why it’s 4 vs 5 stars. This one doesn’t magnetize as well to the side and falls off often, and the nature of needing to charge both the iPad and the pencil with the same cord (so you can’t at the same time) is inefficient. But it works as advertised!
