The battery lasts for a long time, recharging is easy and with the same cable as the iPad. If you don't need a real pen feeling, you don't need the pro one. Get this one and you're good to go!

We got 2nd gen, better no need for adaptor to charge it and not to worry about losing the cap. We got we needed the same day. It was a rush by my daughter needed it. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
