As I was browsing Best Buy’s website, the “chat may I help you” appeared, so I clicked on it. I inquired which Apple Pencil would best fit my IPad 10, and was immediately helped by a human, not a robo chat, which I consider useless. I was able to make this smooth transaction and received my Apple Pencil within two days of purchase.
