Great device. Had to add the microphone to my keyboard but I love the phone.

I would have had no idea this was a refurbished iPhone 14 as it not only looks brand new, but it runs wonderfully with no issues at all!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this store has been so frustrating and eye-opening that I feel compelled to share it. I ordered a product that, according to the website, was in stock and ready to ship. However, days turned into weeks, and I received no update on my order. After multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, I was met with vague, unhelpful responses that offered no real solution or even an apology for the delay. What’s worse, I was promised a resolution that never came. Each time I called or emailed, I was given a different story or told “someone will get back to you,” but they never did. It’s clear to me that this store does not value its customers. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, no effort to make things right, and no delivery of the product I ordered. In the age of easy online shopping and competition at every corner, it’s alarming to see a store operate with such little regard for customer satisfaction. It’s one thing for an order to be delayed — it’s another entirely when there’s no communication, no accountability, and no solution offered. I will never be shopping here again, and I highly recommend others avoid this store if they care about timely service and basic customer respect. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money on a product that never arrives, and even more so when the store does nothing to address the issue. A completely unacceptable experience.

My iphone 14 is now activated and working great. Grateful to have a less expensive option! Thanks Best Buy!

Overall, great condition and quality! I was surprised on how quickly it arrived.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested in buying a new phone. The layout is easy to understand, the phone retains its charge for multiple hours, and anyone who is familiar with Apple products is bound to enjoy this device.

Phone is perfect, except for the 85% battery health. This is a replacement of prior phone that wouldn't hold a charge (78% battery health). There should be a certification standard for reselling pre-owned phones (maybe a 172-point inspection?).

The phone works great and it arrived quickly. Easy transition from old phone to this newer model.
