This is a good option to use the reward dollars + you can trade in your old phone too. No scratch nothing, can’t find any flaws outside. It’s one thing for an order to be delayed — it’s another entirely when there’s no communication, no accountability, and no solution offered. I will never be shopping here again, and I highly recommend others avoid this store if they care about timely service and basic customer respect. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money on a product that never arrives, and even more so when the store does nothing to address the issue. A completely unacceptable experience.
