Q: It appears to be unlocked, so GrapheneOS will install on this properly?
A: Only if you can "OEM Unlock" under developers options. If it's greyed out, you'll have to get help with that.
Q: Is it OEM unlocked if you buy a 512GB model activated by Best Buy on Verizon?
A: No, that's a separate issue. Carrier locks are however no longer allowed to last forever, laws have changed it so phones must after a certain period allow the lock to be removed, and OEM unlocking is a different thing, Carrier locking is the practice of the cellular provided if you buy a carrier locked one, being only able to use SIM cards and the network that company owns, Verizon, AT&T, etc, but Bootloader OEM locking is a separate thing that can be disallowed to unlock while under carrier lock. But if you got a unlocked Pixel, that means there is no carrier lock, and you can use any cell service, but even if the OEM can be unlocked, due to security that must be manually done by enabling developer settings tapping settings 7 times, Android standard, then you can enable OEM Unlock and flash a different OS if you'd prefer.
A: No, it doesn’t include a charging brick. Google only includes a USB-C cable and the usual documentation. Sadly most phone makers have gotten greedy, if you don't already have a 45 W super fast charger, you'll have to buy one.
A: It’s carrier-unlocked fi you buy an unlocked one like I did, but the OEM bootloader is still locked from the factory for security integrity. All new Pixels ship that way. You can enable OEM unlocking in Developer Options if you choose to unlock it yourself, just tap settings 7 times, Android standard.
Q: what are the battery specifications?
A: the battery that comes with the Pro Model is 5200 mAh, and in real world usage terms, that translates to if you use 1080p video quality and 50% brightness, that is up to easily 10-12 hours of continuous usage. If you do heavy gaming though with the screen constantly on at max brightness, that is more than halved to around 4 and a half to 5 and a half hours sustained usage if you don't keep it plugged in. For mixed usage of lighter levels expect around 14-20 hours per charge

A Solid Upgrade
I’m genuinely thrilled with the Pixel 10 Pro XL. Coming from a Pixel 6, this feels like a massive leap forward in every way that actually matters day to day. The display is gorgeous, everything feels faster and smoother, and the battery life is finally something I don’t have to think about anymore. The camera is classic Pixel magic but more refined. Photos are consistently great without me needing to tweak anything. I wish Google would perfect their video quality... Apple still dominates here. What really stands out is how polished the whole experience feels. It’s powerful, clean, and quietly confident, like Google finally nailed the balance between hardware and software. This phone feels premium, reliable, and exciting to use again. I'm not big into AI features but some of them are fun to play with and don't detract from my overall positive experience.

Best Google experience
Love the pure Google experience on this phone. No bloatware, no gimmicks. Smooth minimalist experience. Love the Pixel features and the new AI features are pretty awesome. From Pixel 4XL to Samsung S22+ back to Pixel 10 PXL. Worth it and enjoying a great time. Battery last 1.5 days with moderate usage Camera excellent Phone calls are great The Tensor G5 may not be the best processor but since I don't game it works well for me. As a daily driver it works extraordinarily well. Now I'm just waiting for the Pixel watch to complete my set with the Pixel Buds p2

Great Upgrade from the Pixel 8 Pro!
I upgraded to the Pixel 10 Pro XL 512GB (Unlocked) – Obsidian from the Pixel 8 Pro, and the difference is huge. The phone looks and feels premium, and the Obsidian finish gives it a clean, professional look that’s perfect for work. Performance is night and day—everything from emails and multitasking to video calls runs fast and smooth with no lag. Battery life easily gets me through a full workday. For both work and personal use, this has been a great upgrade.
