After a bad used and refurbished phone elsewhere this exceeded my expectations and beyond! This phone looks and acts as if it’s BRAND NEW! I highly recommend. As far as I can see there’s no scratches.

We are really pleased with this new phone. Actually preowned but came in excellent condition. For a bit more we bought the 128GB which is well worth it!

Phone looks okay. There are a lot of scratches around the bezel of the camera. Frankly, i'm disappointed about the amount of crud that is built up in the speaker, and kind of expected it to be cleaned before it was sent. Also, it seems like it was just thrown in the box without any care and sent in a bag with no padding.

Got it for my daughter and she loves it, this is her favorite phone for one reason or another! She has not wanted to upgrade it! The red coloring is flawless! It's small and easy to handle!

Bang for your buck. A little expensive compared to other sellers but you get the benefits of buying from Best Buy

Junk bought for a Christmas present, phone quit working jan 25. Turned off and never came back on.

The Bad: Battery life is depleting pretty quickly. The charge lasts an ok amount of time, however, if you look at the overall battery life you can see it depleting rather quickly over time (months). That is a little disappointing. In addition, it sometimes has issues with mobile data. That could be due to my carrier but I thought it was worth mentioning. The good: Considering the phone is two years old and updates are still rolling out for it, I'm happy. It is much better than the Google Pixel 3a I had previously. Bigger screen, better OS, and most importantly a better camera.

I love my iPhone SE. It is very easy to use and has all the features I need. The battery life is great and the camera quality is amazing. The size is perfect for me and it fits in my pocket. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a powerful and affordable device.

Have only had for just over a week, so hard to give a comprehensive review. Was worried about buying a refurbished item, but have been pleasantly surprised so far. Phone in good condition and working well. Could not find this exact phone new contacting multiple cell phone carriers, so Best Buy having this was a fantastic find.

I had the exact same phone but 64GB. I love it, but the screen got a little crack in it. I was afraid it was going to break, and this one was such a great deal, so I got it. So far so good, it's just as great as my other one. It looked totally brand new, not a scratch any where. Battery works the same, some features are upgraded, but very cool. I would buy another pre-owned no problem. I like the home feature with the button, they no longer make them like this. Love my new phone!

I bought this one for my friend. This is the second unlocked iPhone SE, second generation (2020) I have purchased from Best Buy. It’s a great value to purchase one slightly used for a reasonable price without being tied up with a contract for a new phone. It’s a great choice, updated version of the old iPhone 6. Small enough for my small hands and it fits comfortably in the front pocket.

Great phone, fits in my hands well. I did have an issue when I first received the phone, brought it into Best Buy in person and they helped return and send a new one.

Despite being used, this phone arrived in excellent condition. There were very little signs of wear. It seems that Best Buy takes previous ownership into serious consideration when purchasing/reselling refurbished products. I highly recommend refurbished from here if you’re looking for a new phone without the brand new price tag.

This purchase is exactly what I was expecting and what I needed. Setup was easy and even getting it assigned to my old phone plan was easy as well. Phone was in immaculate condition, the battery does go fast but I think that is an issue with this model of phone. I am satisfied.

I got my hands on it, set it up, went to Battery Maximun Capacity and the battery health is way down to 81% on it so I did not keep it, sending it back for a refund, if the battery maximum capacity was in the 90’s then I would’ve kept it. Overall the phone look like it is new though. No scratches on it at all

For a 128Gb, $250 is pretty steep for a 3 year old iphone, especially when a brand new 2022 variant is almost 2x its value. I paid the $250 premium with full expectation for the phone to be near flawless. However, I was met with a scuffed front screen and a light scratches across the center. The description says “very good condition”. You’re better off getting devices in better condition from else-ware, and for cheaper. As for core functions, the device worked properly woth no issues and is unlocked as advertised. Is it worth it? Yes. Is it worth it for $250? Not at all. Not recommended given the apparent scratches all over the screen. The restocking fee isnt making this price any better should you ever decide to return it.

Great value for the money. Previous iphone was only 16 G and kept having to remove apps. This 128 G is a vast improvement and performance and speed.

I just did not want to spend a lot of money in a new phone, as long as my kid is in middle school where he is not allowed to use a phone and at home, strong wi-fi is available. This pre-owned handset arrived in perfect working conditions and as it runs using the latest iOS, all features of newer phones are available. As it is unblocked, was easy to activate under our family plan.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this phone was to set up. It is unlocked and didn't come with a SIM card, but I used the one from my old (locked) phone, and it worked just fine; everything I had on my old phone, including apps, was transferred automatically and all my settings were intact. MUCH better battery life than my ancient iPhone. This was a great option for me, and I'm glad I got this phone.
