Q: I wonder if it is refurbished by apple and if I get it can I add apple care ?
A: I regret my purchase of a refurbished iphone from Best Buy. The on/off button has never worked correctly. It doesn't come with a good battery. I bought it 4 months ago and it needs recharged by 4pm each day. I would have been better off buying one reconditioned at apple (which provides a new battery), though it costs more there. (I'm in the middle of a move, so I haven't had a chance to ask Best Buy about it; it's possible they would have fixed these problems.)

A: Mine was in excellent condition. Check to make sure there is a warranty of some kind on it - usually within the description.
Q: What is the warranty and is it refurbished by Apple?
A: No warranty. 15-day return only if unopened, or if opened needs repair. Opened/activated phones returnable only for a $45 restocking fee.
A: When I got the phone it already had a service warning in the settings app about battery life, the battery was under 75% capacity

A: Comes with a charger cable that plugs into your wall, and a sim pin/key to take out/put in your SIM card.

Apple Preowned IPhone SE2020 128 GB
We are really pleased with this new phone. Actually preowned but came in excellent condition. For a bit more we bought the 128GB which is well worth it!

The Best
After a bad used and refurbished phone elsewhere this exceeded my expectations and beyond! This phone looks and acts as if it’s BRAND NEW! I highly recommend. As far as I can see there’s no scratches.

Dirty, Thrown in a Box
Phone looks okay. There are a lot of scratches around the bezel of the camera. Frankly, i'm disappointed about the amount of crud that is built up in the speaker, and kind of expected it to be cleaned before it was sent. Also, it seems like it was just thrown in the box without any care and sent in a bag with no padding.
