    The phone goes in and out when talking. Home button does not work. It seems as if the moment the warranty day ended all these issues started appearing will never purchase a refurbished again.

    I really like it. Bought it for the finger id and small size. It fits easily in your pocket. Re-conditioned a lot less expensive than a newer model. Long battery life and better screen than previous iPhone 7.

    Do not buy pre-owned phones from Best Buy! I have tried twice and iPhones have come with battery poor health. To be a giant company, they should certify these phones before they make it available to the public!

    Online order was less painful than the crap store experience. Ok condition on device but the cord and cube sent were not even compatible with the device
