tbh not worth the price, paid for 1 day shipping and it took 3 days to get to me. I asked to cancel it the first day and they wouldn’t let me. The phone is super slow and picture quality is poor, but a phone is a phone. Maybe I’ll switch to Samsung in the future.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a refurbished unlocked cell phone from Best Buy! The phone didn’t work and then when I returned it, I was told that there was a $45 “restocking fee” on a phone that didn’t even work. I will not be buying anything from Best Buy again.

I liked the phone but it was bigger in the picture and when i received it it was a little to small

The phone only works for hearing phone calls when you turn the speaker on, other than that you can’t hear phone calls on the phone. It’s a shame this phone was sold to me in this condition

Sold me a phone with 92 percent battery life and it should have been replaced.

The phone ear piece doesn’t work to hear on the other end of the phone and since I didn’t buy the warranty (even tho I haven’t had the phone for a month) I am having problems with getting this fixed. I am very unhappy.

The device was in excellent cosmetic condition. I brought it for my daughter for graduation, and she loves it. I didn't have any issues getting it activated.

Second hand, so what if it works like new, plus you get the extra discount. Also if you don't mind not getting original packaging this phone is worth the money.

After 4.5 months my phone don't start. Battery is dead

When I ordered I was not told that it was not a new phone. I immediately returned it. I would never buy a used phone. Especially as the price was the same as for a brand new iPhone. I lost my trust in Best Buy. So I bought a new iPhone elsewhere.

I bought this phone for my 12 yrs old and it’s his first phone. Nice size screen for a child and decent battery life.
