Ordered couple of the pre-owned iphone 7 32GB unlocked when they were on sale for $75.99 The condition looks nearly new with few signs of wear but the battery life health was 82% and 86% so these phones never had their battery replaced. Apple recommends once it reaches 80% batteries needs replacing.

This phone is perfect, my phone came with no issues. When I ordered a phone for my dad, it had many scratches and was not perfectd.

I’m so glad I made this purchase for my daughter, she was in need of an new iPhone and this iPhone came in perfect condition. It works perfectly, no cracks or anything in that sort. The back on the iPhone is smooth, and a nice midnight black color. You will not be disappointed.

I like to buy the refurbished phones to have a backup and to load up my social media’s on a separate device can’t go wrong works great and these phones are refurbished right!

This is the 2nd used iPhone I attempted to buy online. The 1st one got so hot I thought it was going to explode, took it back and bought an android replacement. Well I bought this to replace the android as my mother likes apples way better. I picked this up from the store and it was suppose to be unlocked for Any carrier. Well I knew within 2 minutes it wasn’t unlocked . I called apple care, did google search and found out this phone is carrier locked to Freedom Mobile . I called Freedom and gave them the imei number and they said they’d call me in 3-5 business days to let me know “IF” they’d unlock it for me. I took it back and bought a new which is what I should have done the 1st time.

The phone is in very good conditons, except for a very visible scratch on a corner and the 87% a Battery condition. The cable and charger are generic but good quality.

Great purchase, timely, cost efficient and the phone came in great condition for being used. The box had a charging block and cord, the phone was pretty much mint condition and the shipping was almost 5 days sooner than expected.

For becoming an I phone user from an android user for many years I have definitely enjoyed using an I phone I don’t think I will ever go back to android and for the money you can’t beat it

Multiple scratches on the back of the phone. I charged the phone at exactly 100% and when setting the phone up it started to heat up way too fast. The phone was unlocked for use but it was too hot to use. Returning this as it’s defective.

first the black iPhone 8 that i bought online, its shell has scratches and it was not delivered to my door but above the mailbox so anyone could see it and get it to me steal because I lose a lot of items like that

This item was delivered really quick. But the camera did not work, it was blurry and when I was trying to take a picture it gave me very irritated sound (I would like to upload a video with that sound , but here allows only pictures) Please ,keep in mind that return is not free even the item is damaged

This looked like a legit iPhone 7 from the inside, but the parts from the inside were not legitimate Apple parts from what I have been told. First off, the screen would lag and buffer a bit when scrolling. Didn't bother me too much, but I knew that wasn't common. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen, so I sent it in for repair at a local shop in Portland. When opening the phone up, they discovered that the main circuit board, screen, and camera of the phone were made up of cheap Chinese parts and not legit Apple parts. They replaced the screen and we noticed the screen was MUCH brighter and clearer than before. They replaced the camera and it focused/shot WAY better. They replaced part of the circuit board and the phone no longer lagged while scrolling. I feel like I should get a good portion of our money back, since we did not get a legit product in the first place. Check out the pictures, Best Buy. (For some reason I can't upload all of them.)

This phone works perfectly came in a few days before it was supposed to now it was a pre-owned certified phone which I know that means it was a used phone and that's what I was looking for but I do wish I was told about the marks on the phone at the time of purchase I purchased two phones same exact phones same exact price Cole certified one phone on the corners of the phone you can see a little bit of wearing of the color which is normal on most phones because of the cases but on the other phone there was a huge deep scratch along the back of the phone right below the Apple symbol that was probably a good 223 in long and very very deep you can feel it if you run your finger over it also on the screen you can tell it was either tapped very hard or dropped because there are what looks like a few fairly large Blue. In the screen now again I do know that these are used phones but I believe that you guys should list the cosmic issues I guess you could call them on each phone so that when people like myself are purchasing them and you open it up it's not just a surprise also normally when you buy an Apple sound you get a pair of the wired white headphones those were not included we also receive an off-brand charger for both of them but again everything works great with the phone it was very easy to purchase in-store and your Associates are very helpful I only wish that it was disclosed of the scratches and marks

The phone came with minor scuffs on the edge of the phone that can easily be hidden with a case. The screen also sometimes has a weird dim on it after like 5 seconds (not normal) but still functions well. Good phone for the price!
