Good condition, Pre Owned I phone 7, so far no complaints!

Good to have iPhone 7 & higher model.. nice camera..

I purchased this IPhone for my son. I received it in a severely damaged box but it did not have any visible damage. It works ok besides the fact it does not hold a charge, but he is 10yrs old so I believe it’s suitable for now.

I bought this phone and I’ve had it for 2 days now and have had many problems. First thing i noticed was the back camera is cracked all the way through the middle and the battery dies in about 30 minutes when fully charged. Also there’s a white dots on my screen and worst of all i wake up this morning and i can’t make and calls or use my data unless i hook it up to the computer and reset it. This phone was a waste of my time and money and just stressful to deal with. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Got this phone for my daughter because she did not need a new and expensive model.

More than anything I require a phone to ring and not give me headache, features and ease of use. I watched a couple of youtube videos to make sure this was the right purchase for me and so far I have not been disappointed. The price is right and the phone is in excellent condition.

The phone is ok but the sensor and messed up it keeps going black and the phone will not lock when it’s like that

Used this phone for about a month. I noticed that it began to overheat when in use or charging. After two months it would no longer connect with my wireless company and the phone became useless. I have bought phones from Best Buy before with no issues many times in the past but the 7 from them was horrible.

The up volume Doesn’t work an sometimes the internet freezes up

A Best Buy team member helped me order this since these are not sold in stores. It has not functioned and it was a Christmas gift for my son. Best Buy uses CCR Warranty for replacement and they have a Better Business Bureau Rating of F. I am now finding that out as I have been to Best BUy and they agree that the phone has serious issues and directed me to call Best Buy and I was finally sent to CCR which has been difficult already. I'm now wondering whether to send in the phone to them because others have received worse replacement phones and have spent months of time and money to ship. I have been a Best Buy customer for decades and cannot believe that they are selling these products and not standing behind them.

It has a few scratches and the place you plug it up to charge it is scratched too but so far it works just fine..

when my husband finally decided he was ready for an iPhone, he knew he didn't need the latest greatest. this phone has all the features he wants, and he's been quick to learn the features specific to this model. nice sound, not too bad of a learning curve.

I got this after my iPhone 6 died. I was going to get another 6 but they had a refurbished 7 that was cheaper so I went with the 7. I love it and the fact it is more responsive than the 6 in my opinion. Hoping to get the X soon.
