Purchased to test mobile apps. Arrived on time and in good condition. Battery life is horrible, needs to be charger every day, doesn't even last 24hrs in idle mode. Tried to return and Best Buy have a 14day returns policy even for defective merchandise. Not buying any technology from BestBuy again!

I purchased this phone for my grandson for his birthday. The only reason I purchased thru Best Buy was because I had heard about the geek squad and mistakenly believed that if the product was checked by them then there would be no problems. We thought it was a problem with the cellular service because he continually gets an error saying cellular update. Finally got the the cellular company to check and replaced SIM card but problem continues and Best Buy refers us to Apple and their only store in our area is over 45 minutes away.

It doesn’t works as described. I had to change the battery and display. I had a worst experience this time.

This phone is too slow. Speaker is too bad.i am thinking buy another 1

I bought this to replace my husband's phone that he lost. Now I remember why I upgraded from my Iphone 7. The battery on the 7 runs down very fast. other than that it works for him

They send me a phone that belongs to somebody, supposedly it’s unlocked, however they send a locked phone that requires a password! The thing is is that is said that it was unlocked. After I found out, I returned it back the next day. Would not recommend

I loved how it came with all I needed I thought i was going to have to order the charger separately. And was in decent condition. But wish it was in better packaging l.

Bought a iphone for my mom. Was quite frankly tired of her using an android. She wanted a way to keep in touch with my sibling and I via group chat and that green bubble had to go! Haha. Anyway, it came relatively fast and looked brand new! Works wonderfully after the update. Not slow or anything. She loves it Would definitely recommend to a friend 100%

I have been so loyal to this company and I have purchase several iphones but this one was totally the worst one and they mentioned because it was refurbished but honestly I have bougth several phones at this company. It looks that they are not directly from Best Buy they are been shiped from thirds parties. What a disapointment even not packed in the original box
