I bought this for my daughter to use and before having it for a year it did not allow her to make calls. Later text messages went down and now we have a blank screen saying phone cannot activate because it needs an update. And can’t make an update. I’ve talked to Apple and took it to their repair center. They indicated that there nothing that can be done anymore for her phone… it’s dead as is the money we paid for it.

It was received on time and works well. Everything is in pretty good condition.

Its in great shape works amazing never had an iPhone before and its pretty kool how many security features it has on it

I got this at BB with a really good bargain price. It's like almost 1/2 off list price. The phone looks just as new. Worked without a flaw

Bought the phone for my kid to use, once I received the package and opened it, I was surprised, the phone was in such a bad consition, scratches on back, bottom edge of the phone, and a deep dent, seems like it had been dropped before. Asking for a return or exchange, was told still need a $45 restocking fee, I feel like am basically helping BB to clean inventory.

My son loves this phone. We use it on Cricket (AT&T) but it’s nicr to know that’s e can take it to whichever carrier we want. Unlocked phones are truly the way to go. I was happy with this refurb and will look at more in the future.

Was excited to buy my brother a cell phone his first iPhone as a gift for his birthday, the phone wasn't given to him right away and 14 days passed and the phone is damage! apple will repair for 300! I've spoken 4 hours with reps when to store twice and both give me the run around that i have to call-no don't call go. Reps say a manager will call me back and never did and I called twice! This is very sad and frustrating I'm tiered of dealing with this issue it take a lot of my time and energy to try and fix it. Due to their policy 14 days they cant do anything, I told one of the reps I was sold a phone that doesn't work and I have to pay for it? answer was next time return it within 14 days! So sad and unprofessional , no store managers no one can help me out.

Very good phone for gift I brought it for my father

I waited a week for the delivery time to get here, but even after the expected date past i still haven’t gotten my package! All it says now is that it was expected yesterday and i try to track it through email it says package still on schedule to deliver the day that already past

I got this phone as a upgrade from my Dinosaur Android.Most of my friends have Android Phones aka Samsung galaxy.But I haven’t had any Complaints So Far. But then Again I’m not a Heavy Data User So it Works Perfectly For my Needs

Phone was in great shape for it’s age. I would definitely buy one again. 

The iPhone works and runs great. It doesn’t come with an iPhone charger though, it comes with an off brand charger. You will have to buy a charger and headphones as well.

Came on time and looks brand new Runs great The only issue was that it did not come with a Apple charger

I love these unlocked Iphones from BestBuy. $150 and boom! Batteries are usually a little worn in, but they still last a long time after purchase.

I did not get an original charger neither a box. Otherwise, it was great so far. The phone did not have any scratches on it.
