this iphone was very good and like new it works very good.

Phone works well but there was a crack in screen in the corner. Too close to the holidays to return it, I guess I’ll relay on a phone case to cover up the crack.

Worked for maybe 3 months and was okay but phone hardly works. Apps won't open. Cant make phone calls. Cant use the screen half the time. Honestly stay away from this product! I want a refund for this

So far so good, I ordered this as a replacement phone for my son since it was less expensive than fixing his broken phone. Looks new and worked as soon as he put a sim card in.

iPhone works just fantastic. It does no lag it’s speed at all, and it is in great cosmetic condition. 32gb of memory is also a great plus for my storage. Price was very affordable. I love this iphone7

The phone works perfect! I am very pleased with the phone. However, I received a non-Apple certified charger which means I had to use my own. No earbuds came with the phone, and because the connector is different from the previous model you will need to factor in purchasing them on your own. I would definitely purchase with Best Buy again as I trust the company and I am happy with my purchase!

The phone came with multiple cracks on the screen, and there's a problem with the sound. It functions well, but occasionally have to restart it due to the sound issues

Thought I would go a more reliable and reputable route, with buying a replacement phone for my son, so we used the Best Buy website for ordering. It was nice it arrived a day early however, the phone never worked. We tried starting it up at our phone service provider, which was unsuccessful, then drove to Best Buy for trouble shooting, only to be told that the phone was defective and it is a known and common problem for the I phone 7's to have issues starting up or be defective. We were refunded the same day the phone arrived. Total waste of time. Buyer beware.

Bought iPhone 7 for my 10 year old cosmetically phone was fine the battery was operating at 70 percent capacity and needs to be replaced... I should have bought elsewhere

Wasted time waiting and going to the store just to find out that the phone is NOT unlocked as it stated on the website. Per the Verizon store, the phone will only work at AT&T!
