When I purchased the iPhone it was estimated to arrive in two weeks but it arrived 3 days later! Based on the other reviews I was expecting the device to be in -okay- condition but it was practically brand new, I checked out the speakers, camera, screen, called and it works great! The iPhone is not in its original packaging nor does it have the original charger cable and earphones but they do supply a charger/cable for the phone which is fine with me.

I have no problem with the phone since I bought it. It works great.

I found the phone that I wanted very easily on the website. I ordered it within 5 minutes. The estimated arrival time was 10 days, I got it in 4. The phone was in great shape and works great!

I purchased 11 pre-owned iPhone 7's for my company. 5 of the 11 were dead on arrival. 3 of them had non-functioning microphones, 2 of them refused to accept ANY of the multiple SIM cards I put inside them. DO NOT BUY PRE-OWNED PHONES FROM BEST BUY, HIGH CHANCE OF RECEIVING A NON-FUNCTIONING PHONE.

The internal antenna did not work on the phone. I realized this after getting the phone, taking it to the ATT store to get a SIM card, and giving it to my son for his birthday and it didn't work. I went back to the ATT store and after running a diagnostic test, they told me the antenna was missing or broken, so I had to return it to the store. I thought it would be safe to buy a preowned phone from Best Buy, but now I know better.

I purchased this phone for my niece and she has been going nuts... she loves it - sending me messages every moment and pictures not to mention all her tik-toks... this truly was an excellent purchase...
