Phone was broke and beat up and the screen start acting weird after 3 days

Shipped from a 3rd party. Couldn't get it to work in my rural area. Bought a new 8 instead.

Be careful! The warranty is not serviced by best buy. The third party warranty service is terrible

The speaker doesn’t works, And the screen it’s scratched, bad product

My daughter had the phone for less then 72 hours and the speaker stopped working . I returned the phone to my local the store and was told that I should have never brought a used IPhone 7 through online Bestbuy the open box phones are better . I would have never known that , it was a real eye opener .

Received item, and it would not charge with its cord, or any of my cords. Returned it, and ordered another one same model, and was told that the 2nd one was not a certified phone per Spectrum, and T-Mobile. Hot phone I guess.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my Mother In Law. After several attempts to set it up, was informed by her service provider that it was not eligible for use. Bought under pretense it was an unlocked device. Worst of all, It can not be returned.

Received in timely manner, however when opened, condition of phone was poor and once powered on, touch screen wouldn't even work. Went to Best Buy local store that same day for assistance only to discover there was nothing that could be done. At least Best Buy made it right by issuing a refund. Back to the drawing board...

The phone was damaged And I have to pay extra for exchange

This phone is locked to tmobile and the finger print scanner doesn't work. I didn't realize that the return period for phones is much tighter (2 weeks) and because It was a gift to a family member, we waited until it was her birthday to give it to her. This is basically a very expensive BRICK.

DO NOT BUY THIS. The phone started to heat as soon we switched it on and tried to set up. We tried to return and they charge $45 to refund although the product is defective.

IPhone 7 has a problem that apple knows about. Looses signal and won't let you back in phone. Even if you put it in DFU mode and restore. It says "can't activate phone" common problem

We never buy used or refurbished electronics but decided to try it just once. Was more headache than I ever could have imagined, and had to deal with a company other than BB. Lesson learned. Never will do it again.

TERRIBLE it all good but later down the line it fails the center button no longer works and to return it'll be a 45 return fee ordered this item back in may 2020 it only lasted for 6 month.

Unfortunately this item came to us and did not work. Thankfully Best Buy me the return process easy and we received all of our money back. It said it was an unlocked phone but it did not work with our carrier
