This iPhone 7 is a great deal for a pre-owned phone. It has a sleek design, a good camera, and a fast processor. It is also unlocked and works with any carrier. The battery life is decent and the storage is enough for my needs. It is a reliable and affordable smartphone.

I ordered this phone for my son for Christmas. I realize many of the reviews discussed a faulty product, however I went ahead and purchased hoping that our device would function properly. The phone worked well for the first 7 weeks and was never dropped or damaged. Unfortunately, the screen stopped responding. We sent the phone back for an exchange, but it has taken over two weeks and we still do not have a replacement device. I used to feel confident with purchases from Best Buy; however after this experience it is unlikely that I will ever shop with Best Buy again. I cannot believe this company sells this product if they continue to receive negative reviews. Most companies will send a replacement device first and then you sent your faulty product back. Not here. Do not purchase if you rely on your device for everyday use or you will likely be out of a phone for weeks. Please save yourself the headache and purchase a used phone from elsewhere. I am disappointed. I expected more from this company. I do realize this is a 3rd party vendor, but why continue to work with them if Best Buy's reputation is on the line.

Full battery capacity, clean, dependable. Had to upgrade from a 6S to a 7 for this family member, and they didn’t notice any changes. Very happy with purchase. Well priced.

I had the phone for all of 20 days before I had to send it to Apple to fix the “no service, searching” issue found in the model A1660 Iphone 7. Being refurbished, I would have appreciated that problem be fixed prior to me obtaining the phone. Other than that, it worked like a champ, minimum scratches or damage.

I am so happy with this phone! I got it for my birthday and it looks brand new: no blemishes, no problems while setting up, everything was perfect! It is a great phone for a great price, very nice deal.

I received the phone in a timely manner but it won’t hold a charge what so ever! I have bought 3 others like it and they work just phone but this last one was not worth it at all!

Can this connect with metro Pcs meaning transfering the SIM card from a plan I already have? I havent bougth this btw its a question so I can buy it

Received this phone and tried multiple SIM cards, it came with one from Mint Mobile. The initial SIM didn't work so Mint sent a replacement, it was then established the problem was with the phone. By that time it had been 3 weeks, and Best Buy only allows returns for 2 weeks. They wouldn't honor an exchange, such a crap policy for defective devices.

Our daughter loves it. We got it for her so she could call us and help ease our minds with having a way to reach her and know where she is.

The packiging the phone came in was horrible and the condition was next to unusable. There were dents and huge sections where the paint was completely scratched off and there was major scratching on the screen. I didn’t even open the phone and am returning it immediately.

Beware!!! when buying preowned iphones!!! mines worked fine for about 4 months then phone stopped charging and would turn on and off. Unfortunately I did not but warranty on it

I purchased this phone. I knew it was used. But I would’ve hoped that you would’ve at least tested it to see if the battery held the charge. It does not. I was not looking for a landline.

The phone was dirty, wrong charger sent. Battery was on 70% life means i have to pay apple to change the battery. Better if you spend the money to buy a new one through apple and not best buy

I should have listened to the reviews. This phone is NOT unlocked and does NOT WORK WITH TMOBILE/SPRINT. Save yourself the hassle. Don't buy it.

iPhone was received with dirt and some sort of wax on the speakers and on the side buttons. The phone was okay but not in great condition.

Bought for my husband and he loves it! iPhones are the way to go.
