Works well so far and I’ve had it for about two weeks (received on Christmas) and haven’t encountered any problems.

The iPhone 7 we received work well but I was disappointed in the screen condition. There were several deep scratches that didn't impact functionality, but did impact the quality of the screen. The phone is being used by a 12 year old so it was not that big of a deal to him.

My iPhone 7, service didn’t work at all. After calling my carrier, it worked for about 30 minutes and stopped. I had a hard time factory resetting it because you need connection for it.

The phone was in really good condition, the only downside is that the phone came with a battery health of 80%

There was little to no damages to the phone for it being a pre-owned and easy to set up the camera quality is great.

I purchased this used and it look just like a new one. The best thing was the price, very affordable without breaking the bank.

Good phone for the age of the phone. Could be slightly cheaper in cost but goes to show that Apple phone keep their value.

A 13 year old does not need a $1k phone. This is the perfect value for the money.

I do have to say the phone was in excellent condition. However the battery dies when doing Facetime within 10 minutes battery warning comes on after fully charged have tried it 3 times and does the same thing. This was my reason for getting iPhone with the virus this was how we all planned on keeping in touch. I'm tied down by the cord after spending almost 200 bucks I would want much better than that

Bought for granddaughter, -only issue is thumb print to unlock doesn’t work all the time

The iPhone I received was in perfect condition. Looked like a new phone I’m very pleased with it.

Everything roses about this phone. My granddaughter is very happy with the birthday gift.

The battery will not hold a charge and I’m not sure it can be replaced. Having to take it to an Apple store tomorrow. I hope they can replace it. If not, it was a total waste. If so, it’s still going to cost me more money. Also the charging cord sent with the phone is not compatible. This has not been a good experience.

Great purchase for the price and even better its used and unlocked so it worked for what I needed it for. Hardly any scratches or dings on it for being used. It came with a charging cord as well.
