I switched from the Fitbit Charge HR after experiencing problems with synching and getting inadequate customer service to solve the problems. I haven't had a single problem with the Apple watch, and I really enjoy being able to get weather info on my wrist, see email, and use various apps that are available. I have my shopping lists right on my wrist, and that's really handy.

I love the many features my watch affords me. Text messaging is so simple and email is great to get a quick glance.

Life changing:) I learn something new about it every day and don't think I could function without my apple watch now!

The watch is one of those items that you wonder how you got along without it. As a woman professional I now don't have to lug my phone with me everywhere I walk when I'm within range of the phone. The watch keeps me in touch so that I don't miss an important call or text. It is very comfortable and it became a part of me right away. You won't be sorry because it does so much.

I have had my watch for 3 weeks, but love the flexibility it gives me to keep up on any reminders, calendar dates, alarms, notifications of messages without having to have my phone on me. I bought the Apple Care plan and would highly recommend that as it is new technology and the plan is great coverage for the price. My watch quit working after only 3 weeks, but the care plan person walked me through resetting it and gave me a direct number and email to get help if anything else was needed and encouraged me to let them know of anything as soon as possible to help with any issues that need addressed with the product since it is so new. Between the quality of the watch and what it allows me to do, even answer my phone if I'm quite a ways from it in another part of the building or even outside within a reasonable distance of the home wifi, and the care plan I consider it a great purchase and would do it again. Also I'm glad I spent the extra at the time of purchase to get the updated magnetic watch band as it is more dressy, easy to get on and off, and stays on great.

My wife loves this watch because she can use it on the go without having to access her phone. A great time saver.

I've always looked at purchasing an apple watch but was hesitant because (1) I own too many Apple products (lol), (2) kinda pricey and (3) wasn't sure it would be useful. I purchased an open box product that was the exact model that I had considered purchasing. I have to say that I pretty much LOVE my apple watch! I love that I have the most important aspects of phone conveniently on my wrist at all times. The calendar is an important feature for me because I have a lot of meetings during the day for work and sometimes I leave my phone in my office. Like that I get message notifications on a variety of platforms (text, GroupMe, Slack) on the phone and can respond with voice command. Nice to be able to answer the phone through the watch. Like that it also tracks activity, although I also wear a fitbit because the native Apple Watch fitness tracker too basic. I like that it reminds me to stand every hour.\ Fits well and is comfortable to wear. Learning more about it as I use it everyday!

I love new tech and was smitten with the Apple Watch on display; I like the product but wouldn't say it's a product that anyone needs. Also, charging it every night is a little annoying

It's good to have. Taps on you when you get texts messages and phone calls. Keeps track of fitness. It is especially good because you don't have to look rude and take out your phone around people to see your alerts, just check your wrist real quick. I've had no problems with it. It's Apple. Duh.

love the watch tells me when to get up and not to sit all the time. Tracks my calories and heart rate.

Apple watch was all I expected and totally worth the extra $ for the fashionable and adjustable band.
