Upon receiving my Apple Watch, I discovered that Best Buy had forgotten to unpair it with the previous user's iPhone, leaving the Watch completely useless to me. I immediately returned it and paid the $30 difference to get one new and in the box. I tried to save myself the money, but it ended up costing more because I had to drive about half an hour to return it. Too bad for me because I really wanted the black and volt. I ended up getting all black and it's been awesome! Thanks to my local store for processing my return so quickly!!

I bought an Apple Watch and really liked it at first. Was all I thought it would be and more. This was only the first day. After that first day hype I find out that I didn't really have a use for one and it was more of a distraction.

Doesn't work as well as everyone said it would. The speaker on the watch makes you sound like your in a fish bowl and has a delay. Also the fitness app doesn't count all of your steps accurately. No impressed by this product.

Of course Verizon immediately came out with their version right after I bought this. Would have waited...really doesn’t have good range when away from phone. Would be 5 stars if it weren’t for that.

It worked fine for the first 15 days till I went swimming in a pool, with kids and didn't even go deep. Water lock feature was on. But it didn't work. It got hot on my wrist and wigged out. Best Buy didn't take it back. .. good thing I paid for the apple care! took it in to the apple store, they sent it away. But then they sent me another broken one back. : ( Just not worth it. Processed another apple care claim and sold it because nobody would take it back.

In theory I love this product. My first month or so was good. Then without my watch being dropped or banged into anything it developed a crack around the entire square of the watch face. Then about a day later it cracked all the way through. Luckily I bought apple care but it still sucks that damage that I don't believe I caused is going to cost me money to fix. I really think that a watch that costs this much should be able to stand up to normal daily wear.

If you have bigger wrists don't buy because it won't fit! I have to return this one because it won't fit my wrist. Im upgrading to the 42MM watch!

The workout review is not as good as I would like. I had a Microsoft band before and lovedthe sleep reviews and the workout reviews much better.

This watch needs to be charged every day. It didn't come with instructions how to use it. You just have to play with it right figure out.

Great for monitoring emails & text messages. Great integration with iPhone. Get a Garmin if you want more than a very basic runner's watch.

My wife and I purchased Apple Watches as Christmas gifts. Great choices. We both really like the watches. Perfect extension of the iPhone!

I purchased this for a Christmas present for my daughter. It won’t charge. Very disappointing! I will be returning!

It looks good but the battery drains too fast. Doesn’t provide enough tracking for extreme sports

This is my second watch. The Nike version seems to be exactly the same as the original version.

I love the fact you see your messages plus phone call the only I have problems it’s kind of slow

I was need step tracking for a class I am taking and the step tracking did not seem accurate.

The Apple Watch looked very nice and kept great time. It did not work well with my iPhone, I kept missing calls and texts as the Watch took over. There was no way to over ride this so I returned it. Bestbuy is very good about returns if done in a timely manner and item is not damaged. I purchased a Fitbit Charge 2 and am happy with this purchase.

Great watch if you do not want to use the phone feature. The person on the other end of the line hears their own echo. I have tried on individuals with various providers (Verizon, At&t and T-Mobile) and all have the same issue. Researched the problem and seems to be with the 3.2.2 update. Apple seriously needs to fix this...yesterday.

So far haven't been able to figure out everything I can do with this but so far I like to.

I’m on my third replacement in less than a year. Have to charge it everynight
